I’ve been an Austinite for over 14 years. Prior to Real Estate I was a Broadcast, Marketing and Special Event Management executive. I have held Marketing, Operations and Programming positions with radio stations, in Houston, Washington, D.C. and Austin. I also have extensive marketing and advertising experience, having owned a marketing company in Houston and as Vice President and Partner of an Austin based marketing and consulting firm.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Austin real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This ”client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. Prior to real estate Debbie had more than twenty five years experience as a marketing and advertising professional in Houston and Austin, Texas, Debbie Kasper has experience that includes all aspects of client service, including the development of new client relationships, research, buying, analysis, and project coordination and management.
Debbie began her career in media at a long standing, established advertising agency in Houston, Texas, that specialized in industrial advertising, primarily in the oil field sector. It was there that Debbie worked with local, national, and international clients.
Prior to moving to Austin, Texas, in 2001, Debbie worked for the CBS Television affiliate in Houston, Texas, KHOU TV, as an Account Executive for local sales.
